I can understand how it would make you feel that way. While I am only 18 months into my grief, I know small "things/triggers" will never go away. I used to think I could fix grief so I would not feel sad or insecure but that is unrealistic and I have had to learn to adjust living with the loss
Hope you are feeling better
I can't imagine what it would feel like to come across these things unexpectedly. I'm glad it gave you a chance to organize Shane and Sean's things. I hope it gave you some peace to have them all together, and I hope that they won't take you by surprise again.
Thinking of you,
You are such a brave and courageous woman. I know that you may not feel that way but I admire your strength. I wish I could post a reply more often but I want you to know that I'm thinking of you and I'm hoping that you will continue to share your journey with us.
