Ryan "Tater Bug" was born 02/20/06 at 33 weeks.  He weighed 4lbs 5oz and was 17in.  He spent 12 days in the NICU.  We later found out that his premature birth was the result of an infection that my body was trying to fight.  That same infection landed me back in the hospital when he was 10 days old fighting sepsis.  I did not get to witness his graduation from the NICU.  I could not celebrate this accomplishment because I was fighting for my own life.  Ryan struggles with eye issues and sensory processing disorder but is otherwise healthy and happy!

Nick "Stink Bait" was born 10/17/08 (The first day of Share Union 2008) at 37 weeks.  He tried to come at 31 weeks but we held him off with weeks of bed rest.  I had to take daily Lovenox injections and weekly P17 shots.  He weighed in at 6lbs 11oz and was 21in.  He was relatively healthy early one but later developed some lung problems.  He was hospitalized when he was 2 1/2 and officially diagnosed with asthma.  He is otherwise healthy and energetic!!

Eligh "Peanut" was born 01/25/13 at 38 weeks.  He was 6 lbs 5 oz and 18.5 inches.  He also tried to come early but was held off with bed rest and medication.  He was our surprise baby that started out as two.  Sadly, one did not make it, but we thank our lucky stars for him!  I also had to take Lovenox and P17 with him.  He had colic and horrible reflux that we later figured out was Malrotation of the Intestines.  He endured surgery to correct it and remove his appendix at 10 months old. He did amazingly well and we were able to take him home 2 days before Christmas!  He has been diagnosed with slow growth and we try to get as many calories in him as we can, but it's an uphill battle with his energetic personality!!  He is our little flirt and made many girlfriends at the last Share Union!!
