So, today I was feeling stuffy. Physically and emotionally. I've been having terrible allergies and my head just felt foggy. I was also just feeling a little down about things. Missing Marco. Feeling frustrated with the lack of cooperation of my body right now - I'm on day 40 something of my cycle - WAKE UP OVARIES!! Anyway - I decided to go on a walk around a pond nearby my office. As I was walking, I realized that I felt like a child - like someone had just taken my ice cream away from me or something. I hated that I was feeling that way, especially since I've been trying to focus on feeling grateful for the wonderful things I have in my life right now. As I was ruminating over my thoughts, a sweet little white butterfly flew over the grass right next to me. It danced around for a minute or two and then flew across the pond. I couldn't help but to smile and to think that that was Marco saying hi to me and telling me to keep the faith. I actually felt better instantly. I felt less stuffy and foggy. It was great :) Thank you Marco, for visiting me today when I needed it. You lifted my spirits. Love you buddy.
